Legacy Plaques - leave your mark!

This campaign invites individuals, whānau, teams, organisations, clubs and businesses to leave a lasting mark within the walls of our new facility through the Buy a Legacy Plaque Campaign. These special plaques will be mounted inside the building and serve as a permanent tribute to those who have contributed to the wellbeing and future of our Kaumātua. Be part of those that help complete our Te Puna o Te Ora Dementia and Age-Friendly Facility Upgrade. Only available until the 14th August 2026.
